We are pleased to offer free shipping on all contiguous U.S. retail orders over $100.
Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $5.
Residents of AK, HI, PR, VI, and other U.S. territories must pay for USPS shipping, starting at $9.95.
Please note: Our wool-filled beds and crate pads are bulky items and require a shipping surcharge, per item, to PO Boxes and the states/territories mentioned above. Please use the "shipping" section of the shopping cart for more details.
where do you ship from?
We ship out of our Oakland, CA warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Orders with personalization can take an extra 2-3 days to ship.

how are orders shipped?
Ground shipments are via Fedex, UPS or USPS — we choose the best service based on your ship-to address. 2-day air and overnight shipments are sent via Fedex Express.

We do our very best to ship orders within 1 business day of the order date, but peak sales periods can add 1-2 additional business days.
